The Red Secret Agent Platform Heeled Boots became the centerpiece of my devil costume and added that extra flair that made it stand out from the rest. But what truly made my night was the reaction they garnered. I never once felt the need to kick them off, and that's a testament to their quality and design. Throughout the night, I was able to dance and socialize with ease, which is quite a feat for a pair of heeled boots. First and foremost, these boots are not only stylish but incredibly comfortable. I recently had the opportunity to wear the Red Secret Agent Platform Heeled Boots for Halloween, and they made my costume unforgettable. I'm so grateful to Punit for their help but for how much effort and time it has taken to come to this resolution it will not persuade me to buy from this company again. Edit (06/09/23) I finally managed to speak to someone who was very capable at their job and who finally got me a full refund arranged. I'm going to have to waste more of my time taking this pathetic company to the ombudsmen. Now I've sent (again) multiple emails and no answer, it's over 3 months on. No I don't want a partial refund I want a full refund for my faulty item. I sent multiple messages and finally when mentioning the ombudsmen got a reply on the 2nd August stating, "It looks like your requested style it out of stock, please let me know if you would prefer a partial refund for this item instead". I came back from my honeymoon the following month and still didn't have my replacement. Just over a month later I was married but still didn't have my replacement. Now I knew my original pair had taken time to arrive so I wasn't holding my breath for the fastest delivery but knew they were coming. They agreed to send out a replacement pair for me and apologised, how wonderful (or so I thought). Lamoda promptly got back to me on the 15th of May. I emailed customer services the following day and sent photographs of the damage. I wore them out for my hen do (13th May) and they broke, badly. I ordered a pair of boots for my hen do which took weeks to arrive however thankfully I ordered them in plenty of time. ![]() Only given 1 star as I can't give anything less. ![]()
